Business Solutions New Identity Business Solutions, a provider of employee benefits packages, is a great local company with a solid base of very loyal customers. But they were ready to take their business to the next level, and to do it, they needed a new identity. Through detailed conversations with their employees and customers, our team uncovered the secrets behind their success: A tireless commitment to service, and the close personal relationships they form with all of their clients. From this, we created a new positioning line—It’s not business, it’s personal—and a logo reflecting their friendly, service-first attitude. The new identity has been incorporated into all of the company’s communications materials, including an eye-catching and flexible sales brochure we designed to spotlight some of their best client relationships. It’s been a hit with current and potential customers. But just as importantly, it’s given Business Solutions a unique brand in an otherwise crowded marketplace.
